An Agile Coach for Data as a Service family, I was entrusted with coaching multiple teams who were new to agile and bringing them on board in a Scaled Agile framework.
I successfully helped transition the family consisting of 10 teams in a Scaled Agile format.
I helped initiate the PI sessions, coached teams in nuances of Scrum and helped teams adapt to Kanban.
This has streamlined value creation for the bank in multiple Lines of Business and reduced wastage to the tune of millions of dollars.
